I am fairly sure that this said Xbox gold was a requirement. I may have been mistaken. But just to clarify:
Do I need an Xbox live gold membership if I wish to play from the PC version?

EDIT : As stated in the edited title. Some one answered the question.

No. MS clarified it a couple of times. PC users do NOT need Xbox gold.
