Replace case Fan

Specs to price…
For instance as this other poster wrote…basically with that budget a self build would be able to have a 3090 instead of 3080…also that 850w power supply is a joke..even if paired with a 3080…yeah so for those dollars spent you’d obtain better GPU, PSU, and could probably even do faster ddr5 than they’re packaging.

It definitely takes more “Clicks” of Buy Now buttons than a prebuilt…and takes time to put together…but the feeling of satisfaction, Priceless!

Yeah, that warranty is bad. Probably standard (i wouldn’t know) but 1yr…ha

this can spin with 150 - 1800 rpm .. and thats not enough ?

Your new SickleFlow 92 spins faster, may be you have luck here. But that mean, that is far aways from silent.

Building one really isn’t hard. You just need a little patience and do some research.

You just buy all the parts and assemble them.

A case, power supply, motherboard, RAM, video card, some type of CPU cooler (most people us water cooling these days), NVMe drive(s) and some fans.

Piece of cake. I’m sure you can find some YouTube videos that shows all the processes.

the most difficult part to build this days a new pc is to get the parts. All others is in meanwhile only like “plug some components together”

Yes, once you’re “seasoned”.
I understand the hesitation…i remember my 2nd ever build…forgot to pop the i/o shield in…ugh!

There are steps that become obvious the more you do it…
But yes, with a calm thoughtful mind it can be done by most

OK guys thanks for your comments, but as I said I am not going to build a PC as I can’t, so PLEASE what is your recommendation for a ready to buy desktop ( not more than 3,000 dollars) to run MSFS OK around 40-50 fps.

All - I purchased my Custom ASUS Scar Strix III laptop (ASUS Reseller) from these people. Excellent customer support, and they stand behind everything the sell. I have been OOW for over two years, but I can contact them and ask anything, and I get answer within a day. Cannot speak highly enough about them. This is a custom build, the only thing I would do is ask for a 1600W PSU, just to have the overhead for the future, and I would only get 32GB DDR5 Ram, but it comes this way, you can work directly with them to make some changes. Price is high, but real inflation is running at 20% here in USA, not that bogus number the talk about on TV.

AmazonSmile: Sentinel Gamer PC (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 24GB, Intel 24-Core i9-13900KF Processor, 64GB DDR5 RAM, 2TB NVMe SSD + 6TB HDD, AC WiFi, Windows 11 Home) Gaming Tower Desktop Computer : Everything Else

If your motherboard has USB connection, I’m talking about the 9 pin connector, you could perhaps consider the NZXT fan controller, which is relatively cheap. With its software you can control up to 3 fans independently, and set curves depending on the CPU or GPU temperature.

Another option if you’re struggling with temperatures is that Corsair you posted above, but only the case. The 4000X comes already fitted with 3 front fans.

Can be a bit tricky though to transplant your Dell internals to a new case, as some components dimensions may be slightly different than standards, and you find yourself forced to upgrade more than you wanted.

Edit: missed the post where the OP said he doesn’t want to build a new PC, so I’ll take back my suggestion for a new case.

Make your mind up

Even research is very open ended, it is much easier to build an unbalanced system than it is a well oiled machine.

This PC really looks good (Sentinel Gamer PC (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090) but it can not be shipped to my country, Cyprus and bisides 5000 euro is way too much for me.

Sorry, meant to say isn’t hard :sunglasses:

I built mine and consider it a well oiled machine. Look at my profile for the details. My only mistake at the time was I originally got a case that was too small, which I upgraded, and changed my mind and went from a 240 to a 360 AIO cooler.

But, I am extremely happy with it.

Like you said, you do have to take some time to research and decide what you want and ensure compatibility and make sure you end up with a well oiled machine.

I’ve never took the time to see how much I spent on it, but it was a pretty decent amount of money. I built mine around a year ago. And when GPUs cost an arm and a leg, but I still got a 3080 Ti for it and I’m extremely happy with it and have no regrets or temptations of getting a 4000 series.

Actually, today I updated my main monitor from 1440 to 4K. Wasn’t sure how it would handle it, but really happy with the performance. Running at Ultra at full 4K without any problems.
