I can see now what final meant by “yellow moments”, but the “after” shots look phenomenal
Come on! One last hurrah for FS2020 Asobo? What say ye?

The first ones (which are in wrong order) seem to be from some kind of debug window, so only the second ones have an effect.
with the new 1.5 factor increased numbers, seems less green. Might double the numbers next;
sunrise;
sunset;
sunset, clear skies;
Here’s with 0,00508 , 0,00318 , 0,0 (final test of today, and so far, I think the best in my opinion)
sunrise;
Sunset;
Sunset clear skies;
Yes it’s very annoying…I’m trying to get access too. In times like these I really wished I’d have bought on steam.
that looks great for a quick tweak
And that’s just it, if the excuse was to protect sensitive files, then why have a Steam version where everything can be edited. Barmy. I wonder how those Starfield types who bought through the store are getting on with mods…
Guess where I’ll be buying MSFS2024 from…
for a given value of “quick” ![]()
couple more high altitude shots with my latest values (0,00508 , 0,00318 , 0,0);
Thanks @Biology2394 for the pointers, I’m loving this!
I voted back at the beginning and have been watching this thread. Major kudos getting so far as a working proof of concept!
But now a part of me is waiting to see what happens when people start editing these specific numbers at random. Psychedelic skies, anyone? Lol
That 2nd shot looks absolutely incredible.
Beeeatiful shots mate! ![]()
picture number 2 wow, are you using ULTRA clouds and ambient occlusion high/max with lightshafts high/max
here or something ???
Woodstock DLC incoming! LOL
with those latest numbers;
sunrise;
sunset;
sunset clear skies;
Going up in altitude, and advancing time;
Think the different weather/clouds make it hard to compare (apart from the clear skies preset), but I think I might prefer my previous set.
This also makes clear to me why Asobo might want to understand, and experiment with these numbers based on their own data, instead of quickly plugging in the numbers from the paper and calling it a day.
Hahah… we are flying in a red submarine..
Far out maaaan… ![]()
Psychedelic it is!!! Ah just need a bit of Hendrix intro now accompanying it..
