Replaced failed thrustmaster TCA boeing throttle quadrant with this

After struggling with broken / failed thrustmaster TCA Boeing throttle quadrant nylon / rubber tension sleeves (see other thread)… a replacement arrived today from flightsimpm in Italy… works just brilliantly.

Not super solid and heavy like a real quadrant (actually owned a 737NG build from Northern Flight Sim back in the day), but for an absolute fraction of the cost - I am having 100% of the fun.

Did not even need fsuipc to get it running (with spoiler and flap lever gates) as they lined up about perfectly out of the box. Copied the reverse lever assignments etc. over from the TM quadrant pages.

Super solution… goes great with the Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke… don’t buy two thrustmaster throttle quadrants if you can possibly stretch to this…

Nice thing you have here, must be enjoyful with upcoming PMDG 737. May I ask if you don‘t mind, is it fully-motorized?

So who makes it? What does it cost? More info would be appreciated.

Not motorised… would be sweet.

Compared to the necessary outlay for two thrustmaster boeing throttle quadrants @ 140 euro each…the step up these >675 euro quadrants offer is outstanding IMHO

Functioning trim wheels are both connected to the same axle btw… so may be a fun project to make motorised without too much fuss.

Back-light is a nice touch…

P.S. Been a longtime fan of PMDG 737 and can’t wait for the imminent release for msfs2020 = awesome.

Even not motorzied but this quadrant looks very clean, neat and sharp as compared to same product of other manufacturers. How heavy is it?

I think the throttle quadrant weighs somewhere between 3 and 4 kilograms… I used double sided tape to attach K&M (Koenig & Meyer) Keyboard stand supports which adds another 4kg and are just about perfect as a stable base if you need to move it around.

Google this part number 18827-000-55 and you will likely find them…

Totally loving it btw
