I have been off line for several months. When I tried to start MSFS 2020 today it said I needed to purchase it in Microsoft store. What happened that my account did not have MSFS 2020 in it any longer? I purchased it in 2020. Any help or information appreciated.

Please ensure you are logged in to both the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app using the same account you used to originally purchase MSFS. You should also try logging out and back in to both apps.

Sometimes you just go back into the store link and it says you own this game and has a launch button. Used to do that on occasion when I was on XB
