Resize/ Change default pushback tug. Too big for most airplanes

Is there any way to resize or change the push back tug? I find it unnecessary big for the available aircraft at the moment, at least all aircraft smaller than a 747/777/787.

In comparison it’s at least twice the size of PMDG’s .

It’s not perfect, as the paint schemes on the ground vehicles reflect European airports, however the tug is far more realistic. I’ve been using it for over a year. Give it a shot.

The best way to do this is to modify the AirportServices at airports.
You can also adjust the Living World Config of a region (or regions) to use the small tug.

Both methods have lots of caveats and learning in order to accomplish the goal you’re looking to do, which is basically to change the type of tug used based on the size of the plane (IOW, based on the size of parking spot). Essentially, you want to change the type of tug used for Gate Medium and Ramp Medium (or even Ramp Large) parking spots and below.

Your choice is to modify the Airport Services at particular airports, or globally in your whole system. There is a very strict way to do it for particular airports, if you do anything outside of the rules, your changes will affect your whole installation.

Living World Config changes operate based on the region you are modifying, like Northern North America, or Europe, etc…

The SDK documentation and samples are very good for both of these systems. It does take some work, however, to understand what they’re saying.

Fixed it with GSX
