Reverb G2 @ 60 hz

Hello all,

I have a G2 and I use it at 90 hz, because at 60 hz I see tons of flickering.

And that’s a pity, becuase at 60 hz is super-super-smooth.

I read that some people manage to use the device @ 60 hz, and that’s seeing the flickering is basically down to a person-by-person basis.

So… is someone using the G2 @ 60 hz? If yes, did you use any particular setup?

I ran 60hz for awhile, but I am back to 90hz. I don’t use reprojection anymore, and I run everything at 100% in WMR and OXR, no up or down scaling. SU10 gave VR a boost. I don’t require anything from the OpenXR Toolkit anymore.
I have reduced my settings in VR to ensure a steady 40pfs.

Sorry for the dumb noob question, but where do you configure the G2 refresh rate? It is in the Windows monitor settings? This is something I’ve never thought to check/try.

Check settings/windows mixed reality.

It’s in the device setting, you can find the option in the WMR window too. You can set 90 or 60 hz - or let Windows decide.

But you have DLSS selected with level Balanced.
