I have been having this happen lately to the point where it would happen several times each flight.
In my case I think it is the internet connection speed or bandwidth . I was using a wireless connection.
I tried using a ethernet cable and noticed a big improvement ,with very few blackouts.
I also set the server to automatic which also helped I believe.
