I don’t wear glasses (though I sometimes wonder if I should, lol) but from what I’ve read about the G2 and issues people are having it has been designed with glasses in mind. That’s why the face cushion is so thick to accommodate glasses. That’s also why many people are modding the face cushion to something smaller so their eyes get closer to the lenses to increase clarity and make the FOV/sweet spot larger. I also have this issue and am thinking of modding the cushion as well. The more I push the G2 to my face the clearer it gets. However it’s uncomfortable without modding. Anyway that’s a long answer to say that your glasses will be fine.
