Reverse Thrust Fenix A320 not working

Hello there,

i have a problem with my honeycomb bravo throttle and the fenix a320.
(i use the airbus edition for the bravo throttle)

When i engage the reversers, i need to push the throttles forward to increase reverse thrust. Is there a way to engage reverse and pull the throttles like in the real world?

I have watched several tutorials and followed the steps here: How to setup your Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant

thank you in advance

This vid shows how to do it:-

doesn’t work for me. I have already watched it and configured it the same way.

but thanks for your reply!

Any other ideas? maye something has changed in msfs since the video was released? (5 months ago)

Hello,

I have same problem. You have an idea ?

Thanks

I have the same issue as well. I am watching the video over and over again.I set up my quandrant using the settings suggested in the video. I also have the Airbus add on pack and remapped the TOGO to Deactivate Auto-pilot (as used in real Airbus) I went to Null Zone to keep at 2, then to 5. tested-- so on and so forth. It does not change when I rest my throttles in Idle. After I save calibrations it advises- IDLE REV AIRCFT IDLE REV. Now mind you working the honeycomb throttle, you need an engineering degree. It’s not the most user-friendly interface. I am considering buying the ThrustMaster throttle that well… it supposed to be designed for this. This only applies specifically to Fenix, I do not own the PDMG (waiting for the 900 or Max), it works well on my CRJ with a slight difference I had to save the CRJ in another profile since the interfaces are different.

Everything, even the button numbers match exactly. The calibration 100% (11 times watching - with coffee breaks)

Any information to get this matter sorted would be absolutely top notch and I appreciate the time and effort taken on how you resolved the issue. It appears from reading I am not the only one and the posts are well less than a month ago, so it’s based-on assumption that something possibly changed.

This is also driving me mad, you’d think in 2023 and buying a £250 piece of hardware that someone would have worked out how to properly have a detent section of an axis work as a negative section to the same axis as thrust.

It maybe that it’s not honeycombs fault but it’s so frustrating regardless.

I cannot wait to see the day when I can program the thrust axis to one and two, the reverse levers to engage reverse idle and just pull the levers back for controlled use of the revers section. At this point even honeycomb tell you to push the levers FORWARD to increase reverse thrust after lifting the reverse selectors.

Madness at this price, this is the fundamental function of the equipment!

The instructions in the video above still work fine.
Pull the reverse handles to go into “reverse idle” and pull the throttles into the detent to go into “full reverse”.
