V1 uses virtual buttons for the reverser right? If so, then prop 1/2 lo and toggle/hold propeller reverse thrust will in combination pull the prop lever to full feather (-25%). Note that the propeller reverse thrust will affect both props, I don’t think there is a way to feather them individually with Asobo control options.
“Propeller 1 lo" and “Propeller 2 lo”. They are commands for setting the prop lever to max, which is 100% normally or to -25% if the reverse range is enabled.
Also propeller reverse thrust, there’s another for throttle.
Is this with the stock or the steam gauge King Air? If it’s the steam one does it work for you with the stock one? Also excuses, you probably wanted advice on the throttle reverse as well?
I just tried it with the stock King Air and it worked for me, I created a pair of virtual buttons (of the “keep continuously pressed when axis is in this range” type) with Joystick Gremlin to the ends of pair of my lever axes. I then used these bindings for the buttons:
Throttle lever 1 reverser button: Hold throttle reverse thrust, throttle 1 decrease, throttle 1 decrease (if I didn’t double bind the decrease it stuck to the ground detent, might be what you missed?)
Throttle lever 2 reverser button: Hold throttle reverse thrust, throttle 2 decrease, throttle 2 decrease
Props were as I wrote before:
Propeller lever 1 reverser button: Hold propeller reverse thrust, propeller 1 pitch lo
Propeller lever 2 reverser button: Hold propeller reverse thrust, propeller 2 pitch lo
That would presumably be on account of a dead zone between the reverser button disengaging and the lever entering the range of the axis. Once it does enter the range of the axis the cockpit levers should be set at the idle detents since the axis input overrides the previous input by the reverser button.
You could try adding the throttle cut/prop pitch hi commands to the reversers, set to work on release rather than the usual on press. That way the levers should be pushed to 0% rather than 100% position once the hold reverse commands disengage.
