FS2024 missions gameplay is boring :
Here are some easy to implement suggestions to make the career mode a bit less repetitive and more immersive.

Make ATC routine calls automatically made by character, to focus on gameplay objectives, at least at some point in the career. (Example : during a search and rescue mission where the urgency can be thrilling, doing the same non-challenging box ticking exercise with radio calls, and taxiing below the 20kts speed limit that is coming out of nowhere is killing the experience)

all missions : mission steps where precise track following is not needed while going to objective, remove blue gates and show only location of objective for player to go straight to position

Discrete objective compliance indication instead of binary one. (Example : for sightseeing, aerial advertising, tornado mission, the only way to get a good score is to rely completely on the blue gates and miss the show.) A varying indicator showing the actual distance to objective (beach line, tornado, point of interest,..) would allow to see and anticipate drift and actually use outside visual references as the main indication.

Sightseeing/Aerial advertising/ tornado mission : A gauge showing the actual distance to point of interest/coastline

Cargo : A cargo integrity gauge and maybe a timer

Passenger transport : A passenger satisfaction gauge, some specific reqests (shallow descent for blocked ears, passing by POI,…)

Search and rescue : person’s health gauge representing time remaining

Parachute drops : drop position defined as bearing and distance to overhead airfield, and later on indicator of accuracy

Agricultural : gauges for percentage of treated area but also of mix dropped out of area , height over area gauge

Helicopter cargo : gauge of time needed for securing cargo while hovering

Medical transport : patient health gauge (time remaining and smoothness)
And overall, less easy suggestions (but rather coherent with the price of the sim…) : more complex and tailored dialogs with better voices, and scenario with failures similar to FSX missions which were highly more exciting to play.
