Reykjavik satellite imagery has shadow everywhere

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Reykjavik imagery isn’t that great for sightseeing since a lot of the area is just black. The shadow from building was transformed into black sand and it doesn’t match reality.

ICAO, coordinates, or specific location: Reykjavik city

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue? I did remove all add-ons and problem persisted.

With being so far north it might be impossible to get any images without noticable shadows.

Totally understandable.

But if they ever update the imagery, they should take it in the summer when the sun is high in the sky to reduce shadows.

Or they should do another cleanup pass on the current imagery and increase exposure on the shadow area. Having shadow isn’t really a problem, but the texture used that remove satellite imagery is.
