I had a strange problem today - When I right click on the mouse in cockpit view it moves the camera backwards. I didn’t have this problem before.

That is a bit strange. But many planes have a collision mesh that limits where the camera can go and I think there are some cases where your starting view is outside that mesh and any movement then is forced to be within the collision.
It is very strange yesterday I did not have the problem with the same aircraft but today it has come back again. It makes it nearly impossible to fly
