[RJTT] TTE navaid (117.40) has wrong DME reading

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: The new TTE (Tokyo) VOR/DME navaid inside RJTT airport has the wrong DME readings with 7000+NM

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Always with aircraft using default navdata.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Load the aircraft that using MSFS default navdata and born in RJTT 34L (or other locations in RJTT)

  2. Tune the NAV frequency to 117.40(TTE)

  3. The DME reading shows 7160NM or 999

YOUR SETTINGS

No Navigraph data installed, test with MSFS default aircraft (737MAX8), Aerosoft CRJ, BB Duke and FSS 727.

Developer Mode is off.

Using DX12

GPU: RTX 5090

CPU: 7800X3D

Can replicate with:

C172:


B737:

But not with:
CJ4:


A320:

So not sure if the issue is related to the navdata itself or the aircraft system that receives it ?

It’s working fine in the stock TBM 930. I’ll run it through a few more aircraft. Also working fine in the basic172 with the 530 the G1000 C208, and the Cessna 404.

The DME reading is not enabled on your C172 screenshot, and the VOR/DME is not received at all in the 737 screenshot (it will show a magenta CDI bar on the ND VOR display when received).

@SpheralJester3 Do you have any third party scenery for this airport? I don’t repro in 737, 172, or anything else I tried.

That is why I mentioned above the screenshots that I can replicate the issue with the C172 & the B737.
