I have Rolling Cache ON but I don’t know if it’s working or not. The problem is the Rolling Cache Limit is Zero. I have tried to put a value in there but when I Save and Apply the Warning message about turning off the computer until it’s done comes on immediately with 100% at the bottom. I have left this on for as long as 2 hours and it never goes away. I have to just turn off the simulator. What am I doing wrong? As an alternative I set up a 20GB Manual Cache. That looked like it work as it should. Do I want that or would it be better to have the Rolling Cache? Help Please.

Personally I get better performance with rolling cache switched off……

For all I know mine is off since the limit is 0 but now I am not sure what the limit being 0 means. Does it mean there is no limit, ie. infinity or does it mean there is no space for rolling cache data? Right now my sim performance is great. CTDs and Stuttering has stopped occuring, but I am currious about this Rolling Cache.

There should be also the possibility to switch it off with a slider simply on or off. 0 equals literally 0 not unlimited since it needs to build a kind of partition on a certain location.

But why can’t I put a number in there and have it saved?
I’ll check my settings later today and let you know the outcome.
