Near where I leave in the north of the UK, there is a big Greek ancient temple.
Now it is a five storey building. All history landmarks replaced by buildings.
I’m in the North too but haven’t heard of this. Where is it? Or do you mean the one overlooking the harbour in Oban?
It is penshaw monument near Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.
I used to live in Framwellgate Moor and somehow that’s passed me by. Next time I visit my mate in Saltburn I’ll pop over and take a look. Thanks!
