i cantfind the root folder of fs 2020,i tried all the solutions from the forum.
if you use steam you can also add any instance of your “SteamGamesLibrary” folders.
but then with steam go to the library and it’s just a case of clicking on MSFS properties > local files which will tell you the drive its on and the browse button will take you to the route folder.
When eveything/something is lost , I use a powerfull tool to serach and find files on my drives.
Look for an app called “Everything” made by “void tools” . It is free

You must first set the Explorer to show hidden files.
