I nearly got hit by lightning 3 times in a row, from tiny clouds. I thought that was fixed. Odd weather over Malaysia atm.

Nope, I think the band aid fix they applied was to just make the lightning a lot less common, but the root problem remains: the wrong cloud types are producing lightning and over the wrong areas.
Enjoy the desert! I’ve spent most of my simulator time over the past couple weeks roaming the Sahara in a cub. There is some truly gorgeous scenery there.

I would say over 200 hours. I have done a few other flights but most has been in the cub working my way around the world. I know I have been slacking the last couple of weeks but I promise to get back at soon. Between work and I do a some furniture building on the side I have been busy.
