I paid a visit to the Royal Flying Doctors museum in Dubbo (Australia) the other day and it made me think about how cool it would be if there was a royal flying doctors add on for MFS2020.
Imagine having a medical scenario and having to fly out and navigate into the bush and land on a dirt strip in the middle of the outback to faciliate a rescue mission under different scenarios!
Can some smart peoples pleeeeeease make this happen in 2023!
