Unfortunately forcing vsync in the control panel without using gsync was broken by su11. I noticed this in the beta and reported it but while logged the issue remains. See link for details but basically doing so causes frame rate instability. The vsync setting in game appears to be ignored even though FG with vsync has been enabled by nvidia in a driver update end of 2022.
