Hi all
I fly with an XBox controller on the PC. Overall, works well once you got used to it.
Howver, since several months, I think since winter or early spring, a bug was “introduced” that makes using the rudder very annoying.
Sometimes, especially on the ground, when taxing or taking off or landing, the rudder sometimes justs sicks full right or full left…
I guess you can imagine what that means: Handling the plane becomes impossible.
It’s definitelly a bug, usually I then I just have to push the controls again and the rudder snapes back into the middle… but the damage of loosing control is usually already done.
It’s hard to reproduce it… sometimes it happens a lot, sometimes not that much. But it’s super annyoing.
I think my control bindings are fine… most of the time, especially in the air, it works fine. But on the ground, this bug happens so often it’s really annoying.
Thank you for your answer.
But how could they be double bound? I mean, does the screenshot not prove that they are not double bound?
Is there another place where they also could be bound?
No it does not show if they are double bound. You’re set to show only ‘assigned’. Click to ‘all’ and scroll thru and verify there are no other assignments to axis.
I have checked it yesterday and there was an firmware update indeed, however it did not fix the problem.
The rudder (when on the ground) still often keeps sticking full left or right :///
Have you seen my video above? So there is no double binding? Or did I look at the wrong place?
