I am confirming the same issue with all aircrafts I texted C172, 208, TBM, A320, also the more the speed the more the tilt regardless of the flight model, actually in my case today with the legacy model the plane titles right with the modern model the plane titles left, on external view you can see the rudder moved slightly and fixed out of position, and no it’s not the weather very frustrating!!!..Because for minutes I thought the flight model will fix this
With the modern flight model the 172, 208 and TBM (with neutral rudder trim) should ‘tilt’ to the left, same as IRL.
They are tilting about 20 degrees and the A320 too??
Of course not an a jet.
Have you tried to increase the joystick deadzones to e.g. 50% for troubleshooting?

only one thing comes to me about this- some feature enabled in sim cfg about ‘help’ of system to pilot. I remember one help tu rudder (also not coordinated rudder then no possible), another one also which put your airplane to some strange situations. check pls that in cfg Assistance options maybe. Only quick idea…

It’s the flight model it has to be the modern one, not legacy then restart the SIM, also adjust the dead zone for controllers to be “0” that worked for me now I am flying without issues
