Do you by any chance have Saitek rudder pedals and use the Joystick Curve app? If so I would love to see what your settings are. I have a Honeycomb yoke and have dialed that in pretty well using the Joystick curve software but my rudder pedals are still pretty awful (I know they are not the best)

No, I started using my X52 twist control, but after a couple days I’m using my Thrustmaster sim racing pedals with the TM adapter to get more resolution out of them.
It’s not the ideal configuration (I’m unable to buy the saitek pedals on my country, so I had to workaround that), but it works pretty much very well on DCS and IL-2, so I don’t know why I’m struggling in MSFS 
I suggest to try your pedals in DCS (you can fly the P51 for free) in order to discard if it’s hardware or software related for you.
