ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:Feels like a regression. On Final to RJTT before 7.2, the runway lines appeared crisp and clear. Haneda is one of the more challenging airports from a computer and graphics perspective. On Final to KSEA and EGLL post 7.2, the surface looked fuzzy, and the lines were poorly defined until after touchdown. On the landing roll, things cleared up. I was flying the 747-8, at approximately 160 knots into KSEA and about 145 into EGLL. There was a time when this happened regularly, then it was fixed. Now the phenomenon appears to have returned.

Fly an airliner into a busy airport and see how the runway appears on landing. The 747 has one of the faster landing speeds, so is probably a good choice for this test.
