In the Settings - Assistances menu, scroll right to the bottom and switch on “ATC enforce flight plan”.

In that case, if user want the ATC to instruct to land on the runway based on the wind direction (the one that comes in the ATIS), then that “ATC enforce flight plan” option should be set to OFF. So that ATC does not follow what has been programmed in the EFB but rather will choose the runway based on the wind direction.

ATC gives the downwind runway for takeoff or landing, in MSFS and MSFS2024.

That worked for me. Thanks.
