It is really sad that the clouds in MSFS 2024 still look like cauliflower/volcanic ash etc., how ever you want to describe it.
Still looks unrealistic and really poor in my opinion.
So disappointed.

my take on the 2020-2024 cloud situation,
they look the same from above but they look better from below
if you notice, all the amazing shots of clouds in 2024 are all, or most, from below the cloud level
My Personal Comment & Observation
I see a very mixed bag. At times, the clouds can be spectacular, but then one sees this:
and this:
neither of which look realistic to my eyes.

Just like FS2020, certain conditions look rubbish for whatever reason, but by and large the cloudscape density and lighting is significantly better IMO.
I’ve experienced some odd layer overlapping / flickering etc as per that last image but that’s been fairly infrequent.
