Okay, so if you now try unplugging/replugging the panel whilst in the cockpit, does that wake it up? If not, then does trying another USB port help?
If it still isn’t working then we can check to see if the plug-in is running.
Start the sim, then bring up a command line, navigate to the c:\Program Files\Logitech\Microsoft Flight Simulator Plugin folder then run LogiMicrosoftFlightSimulator.exe -p
This will bring up a splash window that tells you the status of the plug in - it will tell you the plug-in and DirectOutput status. It will also tell you the location of the SimConnect.ini and exe.xml files. If it says both the plug-in and DirectOutput are running then there should be no issue - try unplugging the panels and reconnecting them. If it says that the Plug-in is not running then that’s the issue. In which case try running LogiMicrosoftFlightSimulator.exe -r from the command line and see if that brings the panels up.
Not used to navigating a command line? No problem.
Click Start, type cmd and press return to bring up a command prompt window. It will probably be showing C:\users\yourname.
Type cd.. (that’s just two full stops - for some reason this forum insists on adding a third when I print two full stops in a row) and press return. Do that again to get it to show C:\
Now type cd press space, then keep pressing the Tab key on your keyboard until you see Program Files, then press return
Type cd and press space again and keep pressing Tab until you see Logitech - press return
Type cd and press space again, keep pressing Tab until you see Microsoft Flight Simulator Plugin - press return
Press Tab until you see LogiMicrosoftFlightSimulator.exe, press space and add -p to the end then press return.
That should give you a splash page showing the details of the plugin status and telling you whether it’s running or not. Is it? If not then you can close the dialog, press the up arrow to bring the last typed command up, delete the -p and replace it with -r and press return to start the plug-in.
