I’ve had other Samscene3D addons that worked fine, including NYC, Wuhan, and all 3 Korean (Busan, Seoul, Pyongyang). All of those worked fine and felt I got some value for the money spent, especially NYC which is excellent.
However, the “Chongquing Magic City 8D + ZUCK” causes CTD whenever I approach the city. I’m able to spawn at the airport, and while the airport itself is OK, the ground textures on the airport and nearby roads are basic and discontinuous. Whenever I get maybe 25% of the way between ZUCK and the city, instant CTD. Every time.
I’m honestly quite a bit disappointed with this addon and wish I had a way to get a refund - feel like I wasted money for nothing. I will not purchase anything else from Samscene until I either get a refund for this purchase, or the developer fixes the CTD issues (SU compatibility?) with this product and issues an update.
