I would love to have the (company) SAR missions changed.
IRL, you would fly out of a base (or maybe rotate between 2/3 bases) and do all missions from there.
Normally IRL, the area would be very well known to you and you would operate always in the same area. Think about Air Zermatt as a prime example.
