I would like to see the settings set on the avionics persistent for each aircraft.
It’s annoying having to set wind readouts, Vspeeds, map insets etc at the start of each flight.
Anyone else agree?
Can I suggest the instrument configuration persists across separate flights? I mostly fly the C172 G1000 and each time I have to configure the cockpit settings to my liking e.g. Wind display configuration etc.
there is a g1000 mod already developed for this exact purpose, however the japan update broke it, follow along here to see the mod

Oh yes; I also just noticed it has the ability to change the altimeter to hPa; perfect!

Granted I’m still a bit of a newbie with some of this so it may not work this way in the real world MFD/PFD but It would be nice to be able to have my MFD/PFD views liker Wind and NAV1/2 displays retained for when I create a new flight the next day.
Additionally, a reset to default for when I screw it up so bad I can’t use it any more.
