Save Ramp / Gate and Approach information in the World Map planner file

Its not possible to load a plan starting at the gate or ramp that was selected when saving the plan. Also the Approach is not stored in the *.pln file (IFR planning). Please store and load that information to / from the *.pln file.

Additionally:

  1. Selecting a new parking position in the loaded / current plan should never ever automatically change the plan to the default one.

  2. The user should be asked if the World Map planner should return to the default plan when selecting a different runway for departure as stored in the plan.
