Not sure if this is a bug, I purchased Seoul Scenery but those sceneries advertised are not there at all.
I restarted FS a few times but they are not available
please post some screenshots:
- what you expected from an advertise-image
- what you currently see
please recheck whether the content you bought is successfully downloaded ( content manger ).

restarting MSFS should normaly be enough.
But yes, you can try to delete/re-create the cache within the settings.
