Not MSFS-related but I’ve just updated my AMD driver to the latest version and I get a very consistent flicker when using my internet browser. The screen goes back twice in quick succession. This process is repeated at random intervals.
I’ve tried going back to earlier versions of the driver but it only temporarily solves the problem.
Turn off hardware acceleration on your browser. I had same problem. I turn it back on to use the flight planner, then back off.

Its the setting on your web browser im suggesting.
The hardware accelerated setting on windows is another thing.
