I posted it in some posts in the past (mainly bug posts where screenshots were required but…) Here’s a real wishlist item for me (I still do not know how to screenshot without getting the Xbox Menu in the way…).
A procedure, maybe?
Hi, look for this button:
Your XBox controller and any XBox compatible joystick/yoke has it.
It will take a shot of your entire screen without involving any menu.

And by the way — sometimes… on very rare occasions… it helps to read manuals 
And if you delve deep into the settings menu of your Xbox you’ll find out that you can even specify where your screenshots should be saved (internal SD or USB stick, upload to Xbox network to share with others …)

Ha! Ha! Ha! I do RTFM!! But it worked initially in 2020 until it didn’t. I haven’t retried it since - I’ll get back to you!

hmmm… interesting. I wonder what stopped it working. Some of the Xbox-specific buttons can be assigned to FS controls in FS’s settings. For instance I have assigned the downmost button in my pic above to toggle between cockpit and outside views and I deliberately avoided to assign something to the screenshot button.
Maybe if you go into control options → search by input → press the screenshot button you can find out what’s happening there.
