Seat mass INOP in EFB in various aircraft

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Unable to adjust weights for pilot and passengers in EFB. No seat icon is present in EFB. Quick Fill and weight percentage are greyed out and not accessible. Selecting the Info icon next to the Total Mass reveals 0 payload weight.
Using the EFB from the aircraft selection menu the seat icon is present, the Quick fill is listed, and the Total Mass payload has a preset value for the pilot and passenger. This weight does not transfer to the aircraft once the flight has loaded.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Select the T6 or P51 for Free Flight.
2. Open EFB Mass and Balance to adjust seat payload.
3. Observe no seat available, quick fill is greyed out.
4. Select the weight Info icon.
5. Observe payload is 0.

Has been improved in SU3 but still not usable for me on 80% of aircraft (default or 3rd), and on the few aicraft that’s suppose to work, there is a lot of bugs, UI not showing the seat, not showing the passenger after boarding, or passenger never appearing in the plane or in bus, whatever if character setting is low or ultra, whatever if you instant load or request by ATC
