In the VIP charter company, the additional airplane purchase is not taken into consideration. I have the same issue second time, first it was with Cessna cj4, now it is the Pilatus 12ngx.
The airplane is on the list, can be set for the crew, however there is no option to select it for the player mission. The app is only finding the first plane that was bought for this company. Please check the attached screen captures.
Please note that I have no such problem with other airplanes in the Cargo Company - except for the Pilatus 24, that doesn’t start one engine (reported as a bug long ago).

Its normal to have to transfer one of your nearby company aircraft to that location so you can use it for that mission. After you accept the mission, you can then pick one of your aircraft (that can be used for that mission) and transfer it to that location for the mission.
The minimum transfer cost is how much it would cost to transfer your closest aircraft. You can pick one of your other aircraft although the transfer cost may be higher.
Think of the transfer cost as a small “convenience fee” you pay instead of manually flying your aircraft to that location for the mission.
You don’t understand. The transfer cost shown above is for the other plane, currently in Europe. The one I bought now is stationed few miles from there, is visible as company asset, but can not be selected for that, or ANY OTHER MISSION.
The option to select other airplane is not working.
So I have purchased a Cessna 408 SkyCourier for medium cargo missions. Often when I choose a freelance medium cargo mission I cannot transfer my 408 for that missions, but I can transfer my 208B. The mission just won’t me use that specific aircraft?

There is a difference between Charter service - private and Charter service - VIP.
Private is the missions where you use planes from the C172 up to the Cirrus Vision Jet.
VIP is the missions for the CJ4, PC-24, PC-12, King Air 350i and the C90 GTx.
They both have the purple VIP logo, but as the cargo missions they share logo.
At the moment, there are very few, if not zero, VIP missions for the larger planes.
Tell me you are just guessing, and you have nothing to do with the career mode devs, cause if it’s true, than all hope for the future of that game is lost.
I see the same icon everywhere. The mission description varies from #private charter, to VIP taxi or VIP transfer. None of the missions allows Pilatus, because every time I check, the transfer cost is above 50 k and that’s for Vision Jet.
Basically, if the mission can be operated by Vision Jet - it can be as easily done by Pilatus. I see no reason why not. Minimum runway requirement should even favour Pilatus.
Also, I would imagine that the mission description will clearly state - to be operated by … and the list of the aircraft.

It`s the same mechanics as light and medium cargo.
You could call it light and medium charter service.
I`m not guessing, and have nothing to do with the dev team.
