Seeing Other Players Walking About

I’m sure I heard Jorg (or perhaps the guy in the NAAFI queue) say that we wouldn’t be able to see other player’s pilot avatars walking outside their aircraft.

But today I arrived at Bornholm airport in Denmark. I got out of my aircraft to walk around the scenery and standing next to my aircraft was another pilot with what I assume was a player’s name above it, and an altitude reading of what was ground level. They were not moving about.

Can we see other player’s avatars walking about or was this some anomaly in the fabric of time and space?

Yes I ran some random avatar over at London International a couple of week ago in my Cessna :rofl:

Also I’ve been in a couple of large group flights and we could all see each other at the end of the flight

I watched a couple friends play recently and they could see each other’s avatars. The code to do it is definitely in the sim, so if we’re not supposed to see it, it’s funny that a bug is making a suppressed feature work :laughing:

100% you can. I watched a group flight video recording that showed multiple avatars all together trying to move into position for a group photo.

Hello @BBoaBrim,

Yes, you can see other players’ pilot avatars walking around as long as you both have Multiplayer enabled.
