It’s not an issue, it’s just not included in the sim.
I believe there are addons that can add crew sounds etc, I think PACX is one that can add this (don’t have it myself, saw it on a stream and googled it).
They’re specifically talking about an add-on that’s supposed to do exactly that called Self Loading Cargo.

From what I can tell, it’s a broken payware turd that doesn’t work right. They still sell it but it hasn’t been updated since August and the devs don’t respond to issues or bug reports.
