I cannot get the “send to avionics” function to work. I put in my flight plan on the kneeboard and select send to avionics which is supposed to load the flight plan into your plane’s flight plan. Anyone gotten this to work?
As people noted on Reddit, you’re missing a Departure Airport.
Looks like you have a blank flight plan. So there is nothing to send.
How do you know people noted on reddit? i haven’t even seen those yet lol.
And it was a direct-to so there wasn’t a departure airport. The green line on the EFB is coming from the plane.
Without departure and arrival airport your flight plan is incomplete and cannot be send to avionics or ATC. If you are only doing “direct to” just enter it into Garmin unit.

Same screen shot and question as written. Saw it last night.
A DTO doesn’t constitute a flight plan. It’s simply a procedure leg. At the minimum, the plan needs a Departure and Arrival airport.
