Does anyone know what settings PMDG’s 737-700 should be when using a Logitech (Saitek) Flight Yoke? I can’t really gauge it, and linear seems way too sensitive.

Extremity dead zone is the most important setting. If this feels not very responsive, change to 50 or 35, dont touch senitivity.
Logitech yoke limited to 90 degree rotation (45 left + 45 right), exactly half of a real yoke. Thats why you need to set extremity dead zone to 40-50 almost in every aircraft in msfs.
