Hope this gains some more traction. ability to separate ship traffic names is needed. certainly when flying around big harbours.
This has been done with the SU5 betas, however the keybind to toggle nameplates only toggles aircraft. If you want to toggle ship nameplates you have to pause, navigate to the right setting, etc - hopefully that gets refined before final release of SU5.
Ah that’s great news! Now we pray that the extra button assignment makes it in as well..

Please note that there is no key bind available so the only visibility control is the one you’ve highlighted.
Ideally every type of marker should have its own key bind. That way if someone wants to just use one key for one or more marker types they can just assign them all to the same key.
Also currently the taxiway marker can only be toggled if the visual assistance is ON.
And finally Visual Assistance On and Off are reversed.
And really finally the Landmarks stay visible on Xbox regardless of the Visual Assistance state.

AS stated above by CD0139. This is the first part of a complete fix. The toggles being made separately available needs to be followed up by usable keybinds.
