Settings Assistances "Reset to Defaults" resets to "All" and shows "Custom", logic is broken

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
In Settings > Assistances > there are 2 presets: Default Assists, and All Assists.
Clicking on the “Reset to Defaults” button at the bottom does 2 things wrong:
It sets ALL Assists instead of Default.
It sets the title to CUSTOM instead of Default.
At a fundamental UX design and logic level, Set to Defaults should… SET TO DEFAULTS!

This bug still exists in SU 4 Beta

In Settings > Assistances clicking “Reset to Defaults” does the opposite: it changes the label to “Custom” and turns everything ON (which is not the Defaults).

So easy to reproduce, so easy to fix. “Set to Defaults” should “Set to Defaults”
