is there a way to save your settings or print out a copy?
That way if I make changes and don’t like them I could go back to the previous settings.
I asked for this when the sim came out. Never heard anything after sending feedback to support.
Screenshot - scroll - screenshot. Or take a few minutes and type it out.
Just make you save them before an update comes out. You can’t afterwards if stuff was changed.
And with SU7 on Steam, the launcher was changed as soon as the update came out. So you couldn’t even unplug the internet and boot in offline mode to screenshot savings before updating, because the sim would crash during loading after selecting offline mode.
I have not tried it, but you might try holding down left mouse button and then drag it to bottom of page and see it will highlight stuff, then when got it all, right click, copy, paste into word or wordpad (keeps some formatting), that might work. I will try that later.
I looked at the screenshot/scroll/screenshot option. There are way too many screen shots to capture all the settings.
tried the cut & paste method. did not work either.
there is nothing easier than the option “Save your settings: Yes/No?”
or “Print you settings: Yes/No?”
But thank you nonetheless for trying to help. Its appreciated
An aside sorta, as I did setup for my Virpil FSX Js, I had word open in background, and made a cheat sheet on what button/knob/control does what as I setup in sim. Every time new update it seems I have to fix one or two things, so, having it all written down helps me. It’s still needing more work in describing what and why and who. But it got me working again after SU7 messed all up. If you want copy, not sure how to get it to you, so will attempt to post format here and you can see if that is something you want to do.
