Severe Stuttering of Animations when Panning the Camera

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Severe stuttering of animations when panning the camera. Everytime panning the camera (in all modes), animations are severely stuttering. This includes e.g. cargo doors on the Fenix A320s, GSX vehicles or other scenery related vehicles.

Being static settles the stutters again. OSTP is set to LOW. CPU is at a constant 100% (wasn’t on SU3), so this might influence this. The sim itself remains super smooth (about 100FPS inclusing FSR3 FrameGen.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Everytime

MEDIA

Interesting - I see the vids, everything is stuttering. In reality, it was only the animations of GSX vehicles or cargo doors.

The camera movement was still completely fluent and smooth.

CPU seems to get hammered, with no headroom for other things.

Unfortunately, this coincided with this bigger issue, of a severe performance regression on the ground, especially during takeoff, as well as the weird tile popping on one scenery. That issue happens on both, addon and default airplane. Same with scenery, checked default and addon (the tile popping only appeared on one addon scenery for me).

Closed as likely duplicate of the above posted thread by the OP.
