Shipped Zurich/LSZH performance issues with Windows 11 in VR

I fly regularly from/to Zurich/LSZH,using MSFS2020 and Oculus Rift in VR mode. The shipped Zurich is resourse-intensive but has worked ok in this setting

Some weeks ago I updated from Win 10 to Win 11. Running Oculus under Win 11 resulted in a known issue but could be solved with a known workaround. However, while other large airports like shipped Frankfurt/EDDF still work well, Zurich/LSZH causes severe issues, not with stuttering but with latency: Fast movements of the head (in VR) or the screen view cause black areas (in VR) or image freeze for a half a second or so until the image gets correctly build up. Slow movements are ok and without stuttering.

As said: This issue occured only after migration to Win 11. I was wondering if anybody else has observed this and maybe found a solution?

Ive had that happen all over the world in 2020 with Quest3.
Best solution ive found was adjusting the Encode bit rate either up or down 100 to suit performance at the time
