Shocking Support from HP with Faulty Reverb G2. not happy

I actually have four cables. One replacement is still new in unopened packaging. I am using the other new replacement. They sent me a used replacement which did not work because my headset was bad (I don’t know if the used cable is bad or good) and the original cable I suspect fried my original headset so I will toss it without ever trying it again.

This story never ends with HP. Bought in August, broke in September. My G2 is still at HP repair depot as of December. Promises from support never happen. They say they can’t get a part.
With the headset only working for 35 days, and now in repair for 65 days, why can’t they just send me a replacement or my money back? They can’t even get the warranty information correct (only showing 4 months instead of 12) after 2 months of contacting them.
