Shortcut key to change the fps from 100% to 33% and vice-versa!

Hi all, I will wonder if Microsoft make could make possible enable a shortcut key for change the FPS limit!
Why?
For example, If I will wait a little time in an arport, I can change this for the lowest possible settings! So I won´t neet to exit flight sim!
In this condition in my system for example, readings the values in a Wattimeter, I pass from 550w to 290w more or less!
This is for who consern with energy savings!
With shortkey, I can go back easily for resume my flight!
If not aways I go to graphic settings to make required changes!

In this conditions, for low FPS, the computer is cooling, and I have less noise!

You can do this (if you are using an nVidia card) by setting the Background Application Max Frame Rate then when you click away the frames will drop to (in my case 20fps).

I have a little clock with it’s topmost property set which means it is always over the sim window. Whenever I am not doing anything in the sim I just click on that and that triggers the sim to run at the lower frame rate. Not a key shortcut but a workaround to do the same job
