Waiting a full 20-30 minutes for passengers to board the 737 max really isn’t fun. Also, it looks like the interior of the 737 is modelled, but you can’t walk around the cabin to see your virtual passengers board. You just have to watch as they get stuck on the jetway.

I agree this takes far too long.
For now you have the workaround below to manually shorten this time :
Open communication tab - select Ground Services - Stop Boarding process
Boarding will go straight to 100%

Are there some punishments in rating or is this a full counted workaround?
Glad I discovered this workaround because on my latest 737 MAX flight, boarding was only at 5% after 10 min … I remember it was “slow” before, but it appears it got worst recently
At least they made something realistic then (time wise at least), it must be the single thing they made realistic about the whole career mode. I don’t see a problem, it takes 20-30 min to set-up the aircraft anyway if done properly as it would in real life.
