Faulty analogy.
Kleenex is a brand of tissue, UEFI is not a brand of BIOS but a superceeding standard.
So it’s a bit more than just semantics.
I only pointed out that the term BIOS was used incorrectly, but I already regret doing so. Sometimes this forum is a handful. 
You are correct, BIOS is understood by many that have been using PCs since the 80s. It was my intention to correct terminology not to start a lecture or debate to derail this thread.
